MYHARVARDPLATE – TALLER DE CUINA EN FRED (alumnes)

 

Quan no hi ha temps entre setmana per a cuinar, tenir alguns plats ja preparats ens ajuda: una mica d’arròs, uns llegums, algunes verdures…

 

Per això, podem dedicar un dia a la setmana, però també podem aprofitar cada cop que cuinem, fent de més i guardant per un altre dia. Aquest és el concepte Batch Cooking o Meal Prep, “cuinar per lots”.
